In October, CFAO Equipment brought together its teams for a Toyota forklift training, combining expertise, practical workshops, and insightful discussions.

In October, CFAO Equipment held the 2nd edition of its specialized training for sales teams focused on Toyota forklifts. This session, held in Côte d’Ivoire, gathered nearly 30 participants from 12 countries within our network. The training aimed to strengthen product and commercial skills while raising awareness about safety and productivity challenges.

As the official distributor of Toyota, we had the privilege of hosting Toyota Material Handling International, the forklift manufacturer, and Cascade Corporation, the accessory manufacturer. Their expertise and presence were a major asset to the success of this session, as they allowed teams to directly deepen their product knowledge.

The program included theoretical and practical sessions focused on:

  • Logistics environment
  • Product range
  • Developing a compelling sales pitch

These intensive four days fostered exchanges and experience sharing, enabling participants to leave with enhanced skills and a deeper understanding of the unique challenges tied to local realities.

Feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive, particularly regarding the quality of workshops organized in small groups to encourage interaction.

For headquarters teams, these moments also provide an opportunity to bring together local teams and gain a better understanding of the specific challenges and issues faced by our subsidiaries in their respective markets.
